Website and demo requests: name, work email, company, company size, and your message.

Workspace: profile details (name, title, email), concept content, comments, survey responses, decisions, and usage logs including AI credit usage.

To answer demo requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), to deliver the service under contract with your organisation, to secure and improve the service (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations.

When you use VibrantAI, the relevant concept content is sent to our AI providers to generate responses. Content is not used to train third-party models. AI suggestions are always reviewed by people; VibrantAI does not make Leadership decisions.

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, AI processing and email. A current list is available on request at [privacy email]. Transfers outside the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Demo requests are kept for up to [24] months. Workspace data is kept for the duration of the customer agreement and deleted or returned within [90] days after termination.
